Born and raised in Gothenburg and lived 17 years in England (London and Brighton) where I graduated 2002 with a BA (Hons) Degree from London Contemporary Dance School.
I have since then worked as a dancer, choreographer and experimental filmmaker in various projects. Showing my works in theatres and galleries such as the Robin Howard Dance Theatre, The place London. (Resolution, Evolution) and Phoenix Gallery, Brighton.
Dancing for Belgian choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui in his collaboration with filmmaker Joe Wright in cinema film Anna Karenina, touring for Spanish born choreographer Eva Recacha and the UK based Marie Gabrielle Rotie and well as performing with the Karavan Ensemble (UK).
I have a great interest in movement and the moving image and have explored editing as a choreographic tool and now researching different ways of incorporating immersive technology and virtual reality,
I am also a funder of Northern Sustainable Futures, a creative meeting place in nature, that exist of 3 different location in Arvidsjaur, where we can offer artists a place to live and work.
